- Act as a central point of contact for key customers, particularly transmission system operators (TSOs). Coordinate customer requests internally (e.g. licenses, projects, training, and product developments) and ensure efficient follow-up
- Support existing and potential customers in the use of PowerFactory within complex, large-scale environments
- Develop and maintain sound expertise in the PowerFactory application
- Create and maintain technical examples and use cases for internal libraries, sales, and customer activities
- Provide technical input and review for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and website content
- Create high-quality video materials showcasing new developments and practical applications in PowerFactory
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality of technical communication, including proofreading and refining English-language content
- Degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field
- Experience with power system analysis and modelling tools
- Good understanding of transmission and/or distribution system operator environments and requirements
- Experience of working with or for TSOs/DNOs is highly desirable
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to review and refine technical content to a high standard
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Structured and proactive approach to coordinating topics across teams
- Interest in combining technical work with customer interaction and content creation
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German is beneficial
