Unterstützen des operativen HR-Tagesgeschäfts (Deutschland und Europa)
Mitarbeit an internationalen HR-Projekten (z. B. Digitalisierung, Prozessharmonisierung und Prozessoptimierung, HR-Analytics)
Unterstützen administrativer HR-Aufgaben
Mithilfe bei HR-Reporting, Dokumentation und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
Einblick in und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen HR-Bereichen (z. B. Entgeltabrechnung, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition/Rekrutierung)
Identifizieren von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen – einschließlich des Erforschens von KI-Potenzialen im HR-Bereich und darüber hinaus
