WORK-PACKAGE REQUIRED: Required execution capability; normally sourced through an approved Germany/EU subcontractor or OEM rather than represented as a named Government billet.
Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.
Provides OEM-specific BESS engineering, supervision, configuration, startup, testing, warranty, training, and defect resolution.

Plan and execute PV/BESS civil, structural, electrical, controls, OEM, logistics, quality, safety, testing, and punch activities.

Verify design, submittal, material, access, AHA, inspection, and work-front prerequisites before installation.

Coordinate PV arrays/inverters, BESS/PCS, foundations, MV/LV, grounding, communications, fire/HVAC, controls, and commissioning interfaces.

Track installed quantities, productivity, equipment custody, tests, deficiencies, redlines, and turnover by system.

Protect OEM warranty and deliver commissioning-ready systems in the approved sequence.

Directly related PV, BESS, electrical, civil, rigging, OEM, or superintendent experience appropriate to the LCAT.

Required Germany/EU work authorization, trade/OEM qualifications, and safe equipment operation for onsite roles.

Ability to perform in an active U.S. military installation under ERP, CQC, and SSHO controls.
Utility-scale PV/BESS, VDE, NABCEP/OEM, MV electrical, rigging, federal/OCONUS, or German-language experience.

Each individual still requires lawful Germany work status, installation access and applicable technical credentials.

OEM/local employment or approved short-term/accredited mobilization. BACO-90 may be used only when the individual and work qualify and approval is received before work.

Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work-status requirements.

No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.

Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.

Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.

Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
