About the role
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join our team, focused on building and optimizing the next generation of AI-powered enterprise finance tools. As part of the founding product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, roadmap, and helping some of the world’s largest companies eliminate their manual accounting work.
You’ll work side-by-side with all founders and engineers to turn customer requests into high-performing, elegant features that slot seamlessly into our customers’ existing processes. Your work will directly define how finance teams experience AI automation - in real life, at scale.
We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
What you’ll do-
You’ll own key parts of the product roadmap - from discovery to rollout - driving adoption, accuracy, and measurable time saved for finance teams.

Translate complex accounting workflows and compliance requirements into clear product specs.

Continuously gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and the broader market to guide product decisions.

Work closely with all founders and engineers to build accurate, intuitive, and enterprise-ready finance workflows.

Create and maintain customer-facing enablement materials, including product documentation, release notes, and training content.

Support QA and user acceptance testing to ensure finance-related features meet quality and compliance standards.

Guide and hands-on support our customers through change management and AI adoption
Requirements
What we’re looking for-
3+ years of experience in product management; enterprise software is a plus

A product mindset with the ability to turn complex requirements into elegant AI solutions

You make complex topics easy to work with, through crisp framing, strong documentation, and well-defined ownership

A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills internally and externally

Experience in LLM-based software solutions or AI agents is a plus
