The Electronics Technician / Junior Development Engineer provides hands-on technical support to the engineering and product development teams. The role focuses on prototype construction, electronic assembly, troubleshooting, servicing, testing, laboratory support, and engineering execution activities supporting product development, manufacturing, and customer commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Prototype development and engineering support.

SMT and through-hole soldering.

Electronics troubleshooting and repair.

Service investigations and customer returns.

Laboratory and test support.

Production support and documentation.

General engineering execution activities.

Qualifications:
Essential Experience:

Experience with SMT and through-hole soldering.

Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.

Strong hands-on laboratory and workshop skills.

Good written and spoken German and English.
Desirable Experience:

Technical qualification in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.

Practical experience in electronics assembly and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting R&D and prototype development activities.

Experience with scientific instrumentation, radiation detection systems, or industrial electronics.

Knowledge of IPC standards and quality systems.
