Zur Rolle
Im Zuge unseres weiteren Wachstums suchen wir aktuell eine: n IFS Manufacturing Consultant, der/die unser Team verstärkt und mit uns gemeinsam neue Herausforderungen gestaltet.
Job requirements
Ihre Pflichten:
Eigenständige Durchführung von IFS-Implementierungsprojekten mit Fokus auf die Module Fertigung, Konstruktion, Lieferkettenplanung.
Analyse von Fertigungsprozessen (z. B. diskrete Fertigung, Serienfertigung oder Projektfertigung) und deren Abbildung im IFS-System.
Fachspezifische Parametrierung des Systems, insbesondere in den Bereichen Materialbedarfsplanung (MRP), Kapazitätsplanung (CRP) und Feinplanung.
Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Systemanwender in der Produktion und Produktionsplanung.
Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Testszenarien für komplexe Fertigungsabläufe.
Endbenutzer-Support und strategische Beratung hinsichtlich Best-Practice-Lösungen in der Fertigung.
Von unseren Kandidaten erwarten wir:
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung oder Betreuung von Manufacturing-Modulen in ERP-Systemen wie IFS Applications, SAP PP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS oder proALPHA.
Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse in der Fertigungssteuerung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Materialwirtschaft.
Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu den Produktionsstandorten unserer Kunden.
Analytisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische Produktionsabläufe.
Gute Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich an die Produktionsebene zu vermitteln.
Sicherer Umgang mit benutzerdefinierten Objekten (Custom Objects) in IFS sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in PL/SQL.
