Task: As a commercial vehicle mechatronics technician/mechanic, you are key to the performance of our fleet and ensure that our modern commercial vehicles are always safe and efficient in operation. You will play a central role in our workshop and contribute your technical expertise to a wide range of tasks. • • You will independently carry out maintenance, inspection and repair work on our diverse fleet of commercial vehicles. • • You diagnose faults and malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. • • You professionally repair defects in engines, transmissions, axles, brakes and chassis. • • You retrofit or put into operation accessories and special superstructures. • • You document your work results precisely and carefully in our systems. • • You conduct functional tests and test drives to ensure the full operational readiness and road safety of our vehicles.
Requirements: • • Completed vocational training as a commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or a comparable technical qualification. • Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles. • • Sound knowledge in vehicle diagnostics as well as in the areas of mechanics, electrics and electronics of commercial vehicles. • • Driving licence class B. • Good German skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level). • Desirable: Driving licence class C/CE. • Desirable: Experience with common diagnostic systems and specific vehicle types. • • Strong sense of responsibility and a precise, careful way of working. • • High level of initiative and solution-oriented thinking. • Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
