As an Account Manager National Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing output-focused channel partners, as well as developing mid-sized end customers across Industry, Financial Services, and Professional Services within your assigned sales region.

Roles and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Lexmark channel partners and Lexmark end customers within the assigned sales region

Proactively identify, acquire, and qualify new customer opportunities

Build, develop, and manage new solution-oriented channel partnerships

Conduct market and competitive analyses

Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and willingness to travel

Take ownership of revenue targets and budget responsibility

Maintain CRM databases and prepare regular reports
-
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the success of marketing initiatives

Collaborate closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams

Prepare customer proposals and customized solution concepts, involving colleagues from other departments where required
Your Profile

Proven success in sales with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial training

Knowledge of output solutions and document management

Experience with cloud-based solutions as well as ECM/DMS software

High level of self-motivation with a strong results- and closure-oriented mindset

Team-oriented, flexible, committed, and able to inspire others

Strong negotiation skills and reliability in meeting deadlines

Solid understanding of business processes and their representation in internal IT systems

Fluency both in German and English, written and spoken
