Description:
This role will primarily support hiring across Germany while also contributing to international recruitment projects. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and assessing top talent across a broad range of positions, as well as coordinating and managing onsite interviews when required. This is a highly candidate-facing role with a strong emphasis on talent generation, direct sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting of interviews. Success in this position requires confidence in engaging passive candidates, building robust talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
We are seeking for a part-time (24 hours/week) Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team based in Munich, Germany. This position will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, and the local HR Director.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for roles in Germany and other international markets
Build and manage strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess skills, experience, motivation, and alignment with Novocure’s culture and values
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and professional management throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews and support smooth scheduling between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and timely recruitment process
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and candidate follow-up
Support recruitment efforts across a variety of functions and levels, with a primary focus on hiring in Germany and the EMEA region
Continuously look for ways to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes
Help promote inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate pipelines
Work collaboratively within a global Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualifications:
Proven direct sourcing expertise, with success engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing candidates through a fast-paced recruitment process
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple countries
Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Positive, resilient, and passionate about recruiting and building relationships
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Comfortable working in a highly candidate-facing role focused on sourcing, outreach, engagement, and pipeline development
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Bachelor's degree preferred
