Job Opportunity – D2C Funnel Strategist (Performance Marketing)
Location: 100% Remote (within the European Union)
Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 gross per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize multiple advertorials for different marketing angles.
- Develop structured testing roadmaps based on clear hypotheses.
- Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve funnel performance.
- Map customer journeys and identify funnel drop-off points.
- Lead structured brainstorming sessions to generate new campaign angles.
- Present testing results, insights, and next steps to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and Media Buying teams to maximize campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads traffic and how it differs from Meta Ads.
- Experience building structured testing roadmaps based on data-driven hypotheses.
- Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns using key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including hooks, angles, leads, and objection handling.
- Native-level German (C2) writing skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Proficient in using AI tools while applying critical thinking to refine and improve outputs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience conducting Voice of Customer (VOC) research by analyzing customer reviews, support tickets, and interviews.
- Previous experience in the Health, Beauty, or Supplements industries.
