Your Mission:
- Support the implementation of customer service strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Provide efficient and professional technical support to customers, including after-sales service, technical consultation, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
- Act as the main contact for customers, resolve service issues, and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Support the establishment and optimization of service processes/SOPs.
- Travel as required to provide on-site technical support.
- Support customers with prototype assembly, testing, and problem-solving.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Provide technical support to workshop teams for after-sales issues.
- Perform other service-related tasks as assigned.
You Have:
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.
- Background in engineering, preferably Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Fluent in Chinese, with good command of English or German.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
