Sales Promoter (m/f/d) – Luxury Cosmetics | Düsseldorf Airport
We are looking for confident, energetic and sales-driven people to join our team as Sales Promoters at Düsseldorf Airport.
This is not a passive retail job. You will actively approach customers, present premium luxury cosmetic products and close sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage airport customers
- Present and demonstrate high-end luxury cosmetic products
- Close sales and maximize conversion rates
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Work towards personal and team sales targets
What We Offer
- Base hourly wage from €13/hour
- High commission up to 20% of daily sales + performance bonuses
- Strong earning potential with premium products
- Fixed shifts (morning or afternoon)

Working Hours
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 13:30
- Afternoon shift: 13:30 – 19:00
Your Profile
- Confident and comfortable approaching people
- Strong motivation to earn money through sales
- Friendly, reliable and professional appearance
- Basic English required (German is an advantage)
- Sales or promotion experience is a plus, but not required
