Auftragsbearbeitung
Lieferscheinerfassung über Kundenportale
Erfassen von Kundenaufträgen und Erstellen von Fertigungsaufträgen
Verwalten der Maileingänge in Bezug auf Bestelleingang
Interne sowie externe Absprachen zu Daten-, Liefer- und Fertigungsterminen
Durchführung und Überwachung von Kundeninventuren und internen Inventuren
Fertigungsaufträge nach Klärung bei Bedarf abschließen und ausbuchen
Belegablage
Cargoglix, Planung und Steuerung der LKW

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Berufserfahrung in der Disposition in einem Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
Kenntnisse im SAP und MS Office von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Strukturierte, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
