Your Misson
As a Working Student in Asset Services, you will support global product development, customer support process optimization, project coordination, and AI-driven reporting initiatives. You will collaborate with international teams across Sales, After Sales, IT, business units, external vendors, and manufacturing sites to develop effective service solutions and improve operational efficiency.
Your Tasks:
Product Support: Support for Asset Services on installed base and Reporting at a global level across factories.
Processes: Work with EMEA and Americas teams to develop, improve, and streamline customer support processes.
Partnerships: Support the development of partnerships with external vendors and assist in creating required offers and documentation.
Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on project activities, track progress, follow up on action items, and support reporting.
Technical Development: Support the development of AI-based tools for internal reporting and business applications.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, After Sales, local business units, IT, and global factories to develop and implement joint solutions.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
Ideally gained practical experience through an internship, working student position, or project in an international environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, especially AI-based tools, agentic coding, and development environments.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
