About the Opportunity
Our client is an established alternative streetwear brand with over a decade of success, serving a passionate global community. Inspired by tattoo culture, heavy music, skateboarding, gothic fashion, and underground art, the brand launches new collections several times each week and is looking for a visionary designer to help shape its future.
This role offers genuine creative ownership, direct collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to influence the direction of an internationally recognized fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction of apparel graphics and seasonal collections from concept to production.
Research emerging trends across fashion, music, art, skate culture, tattoo culture, and alternative communities.
Transform creative concepts into production-ready designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Develop apparel mockups, colour separations, and print specifications.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams throughout each product launch.
Continuously evolve existing collections while introducing fresh commercial design ideas.
Prepare technically accurate artwork for various garment production methods.
Use customer feedback, sales performance, and market insights to improve future collections.
Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced product release schedule.
Requirements
Essential
Minimum 2–5 years of senior-level experience in apparel or streetwear design.
Outstanding portfolio showcasing original and commercially successful streetwear projects.
Strong understanding of fashion trends and commercial product development.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience preparing print-ready production files.
Knowledge of apparel production processes, fabrics, trims, and printing techniques.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Fluent English (C1 or higher).
Preferred
Experience in tattoo-inspired, gothic, punk, skate, or alternative fashion.
Experience with textile design and all-over print development.
Additional language skills.
