We’re looking for an Account Manager with a strong focus on growth and new business development to help expand our German e-commerce market. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on identifying and onboarding new brand partners, while over time also developing and growing long-term client relationships.

As part of our Commercial E-Commerce team in Berlin, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence in the German market by combining business development with relationship management.
In the beginning, your main focus will be on identifying, approaching, and onboarding new e-commerce brand partners. Over time, the role will naturally develop further towards building and growing long-term client relationships within your own portfolio.
You’ll manage the full acquisition journey from spotting new opportunities and starting conversations to onboarding new partners and developing strong relationships, while working closely with the wider team to support sustainable market growth.
Reach out to and onboard new e-commerce brand partners in Germany
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Take ownership of the full acquisition cycle, from initial outreach and pipeline management to closing and onboarding new brands
Understand client needs and suggest the right solutions for them
Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Join selected industry events and client meetings (online & in person)
Work closely with the Account Management team to make sure clients are well supported

You ideally bring:
Around 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or similar client-facing roles
First experience in e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus, but not a must
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
