Coordinate external services, including offer and order management, and define the scope of testing and applicable standards

Track progress of external services from shipment to final test report, including invoicing

Maintain and prepare technical files such as technical descriptions and declarations

Work with external service providers such as certification agencies and Environmental Compliance Data Services

Support the provision of reports and certificates upon internal or external request
-
Document management, including maintaining compliance-related files in SAP
-
Knowledge of substance and environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACh, POP, PFAS, SCIP, and TSCA
-
Basic knowledge of regulations in the areas of safety and electromagnetic compatibility for EU and US
-
Knowledge of national regulations in Korea, China, India, and Mexico would be an advantage
-
Knowledge of trade and tariff regulations would be an advantage
-
Experience with ERP or PLM software, preferably SAP
-
Proficient in analyzing regulatory requirements

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English

Self-organized and target-oriented

Initial working experience in Development, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, Quality, Trade and Tariff, Certification, or Regulatory Affairs is preferred.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Fluency in English
