Your Responsibilities | Suas Tarefas

You independently prepare dishes according to specified recipes.
Organizing your workspace and workflow is no challenge for you.
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines is an important part of your daily work routine.
You monitor stock levels of food and ingredients.
You work closely with the head chef and the entire kitchen team.
Cost management through the efficient use of ingredients comes naturally to you.
Creative and passionate cooking is one of your strengths.
You have knowledge of both national and international cuisine.
