Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage domestic and international business travel itineraries
- Oversee all administrative tasks, including stationery procurement, photocopying, and scanning
- Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the manager, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence
- Professionally handle all incoming communications (phone, email, fax, post) and warmly welcome visitors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Accurately prioritize tasks, determine response urgency, and escalate issues as needed
- Safeguard sensitive documents and maintain organized filing systems
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office and building, including overseeing maintenance personnel
- Assist with ad-hoc HR requests and tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and punctuality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning and growth
