The Analyst owns end-to-end PLR processes within the Collateral function of simple to mid-complex projects. They are responsible for delivering the business outcomes of the assigned projects and all KPIs. They provide support and process training and guidance to the Associate Analysts to help them meet their goals. They are required to maintain SOPs for all processes. They support in the execution of Strategic Initiatives at the stores, they own the drafting and circulation of pre-execution communication, monitor the execution through store cameras and provide guidance and near real time support with queries that arise from the field. They would also own Steel tasks in help setting up New Stores, decisions on estimation of steel, quantities to be purchased, on time delivery lies with this role, to ensure everything is available on time in the right quantities for the execution. They would address queries from the field and adhere to SOPs and best practices and encourage the associate analysts to do the same. They would record and maintain individual data through updating all trackers in a timely manner. Partner with the reporting team as needed to help them understand the process for effective insight generation.

2 + Years of Experience in Merchandising Operations or Equivalent in retail.
