Wir suchen begeisterte Expert*innen für unser Projektmanagement Team am Standort München, die an einer Reihe von zukunftsgerichteten Projekten arbeiten.
Zusammen mit unseren globalen Kunden schaffen, fördern und optimieren wir intelligente, sichere und nachhaltige Gebäude, egal ob Office, Labs, Hotels, Residential, Industrial, Showrooms, Retail oder Public Sector.
Die Stelle ist im Bereich Projektmanagement Fit-Out angesiedelt. Der Übergang von Design zu Projektmanagement ist teilweise fließend, Du wirst daher auch als Projektmanager (m/w/d) und nicht ausschließlich als Designer arbeiten.
Kern der Aufgabe ist die ganzheitliche Beratung in Projekten rund um den Nutzer– von der Erstellung der Bestands- und Bedarfsanalysen bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme der umgesetzten Projekte. Dies beinhaltet insbesondere:
Du zeichnest Dich durch Flexibilität, Motivation und Hands-on-Mentalität aus. Du arbeitest gerne selbständig aber auch im Teamwork ist Deine Leidenschaft. Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich des Space plannings / Entwicklung von New-Work Konzepten und Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsstättenrichtlinien und Sharing Ratios
