PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
develop constructive solutions for products within the framework of given concepts.
Develop, evaluate and coordinate draft solutions with the responsible authorities, taking into account functional, manufacturing and economic aspects
Dimensioning of the selected functional components with regard to the specified conditions. Evaluate results, adapt constructive solutions.
Convert design results into technical lists (e.g. parts lists) taking into account the numbering system and product-specific features. Create technical lists.
Creation of 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks
Interface function for internal specialist departments, customers, and suppliers
Clarification of detailed concepts
Optimization of existing products
Constructive solutions for retrofit packages according to customer requirements and as a replacement for product discontinuations.
Determine components and manufacturing processes, arrange trials and tests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Activities with difficult tasks that are completed independently and require an overview of connections with adjacent areas of activity. Knowledge and/or skills are required, as they are acquired through a completed technical college education (e.g. bachelor's degree with final examination or technical college diploma) without professional experience. This knowledge and/or skills can also be acquired in other ways.
