We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join a leading IT consulting environment and play a key role in delivering innovative ServiceNow-based solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze, design, and optimize IT operations and infrastructure processes, helping them transform their IT into a modern service-oriented organization. You will take ownership of projects, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor for both technical and strategic topics.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly specialized ServiceNow-focused organization and contribute to complex, high-impact enterprise projects across the DACH region.

Analyze, assess, and evaluate existing IT infrastructure and ITOM processes

Lead and independently deliver projects and sub-projects from conception to implementation

Design and develop future ITOM solutions in collaboration with clients

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client presentations in German and English

Provide expert consulting support during project execution (functional and/or technical)

Coach and guide project team members

Support presales activities and contribute to solution design discussions

Act as a trusted advisor in dynamic client environments

Completed degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and application management

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure administration and monitoring

Solid understanding of IT as a service-oriented organization

Experience with ITIL / ESM / ITSM frameworks (preferred)

Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, monitoring solutions, and ITOM concepts (beneficial)

Basic JavaScript knowledge (advantageous)

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (a plus)

Excellent German (C2) and very good English skills
