Ihre Aufgaben:
- Team- & Einkaufssteuerung: Führung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des operativen Einkaufsteams inkl. Materialplanung, Bestellabwicklung und Rechnungsprüfung.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Zentrale lokale Ansprechperson für das globale Supply-Chain-Team sowie standort- und funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
- Risikomanagement & Eskalation: Steuerung operativer Liefer- und Versorgungsrisiken inkl. Eskalationsmanagement und strukturierter Problemlösung mit internen Bereichen und Lieferanten.
- Material- & Kostensteuerung: Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität und Finanzen zur Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Effizienz und Compliance.
- Markt- & Ausgabenanalyse: Analyse von Märkten, Benchmarks und Einkaufsvolumina zur Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen, Risikoreduktion und Innovationsansätzen.
- Lieferanten- & Performance-Management: Mitwirkung bei Lieferantenauswahl, -entwicklung und -bewertung sowie Unterstützung bei Vertrags- und SLA-Verhandlungen und KPI-basierter Leistungsüberwachung.
- Prozessoptimierung & Veränderung: Datengetriebenes Vorantreiben kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen, Prozessstandardisierung und nachhaltiger Veränderungsumsetzung.
Ihr Profil:
- Einkauf & Materialmanagement: Fundierte Kenntnisse im operativen Einkauf oder Materialmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie.
- Führung: Erste Erfahrungen in der Führung und Steuerung von Teams wünschenswert.
- Analyse & Entscheidungsfähigkeit: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit im operativen Umfeld.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld.
- Veränderungsorientierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungs- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen.
- Arbeitsweise & Zusammenarbeit: Hohe Überzeugungs- und Einflussfähigkeit sowie kooperative, funktions- und standortübergreifende Arbeitsweise.
- Systemkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen zur Steuerung operativer Prozesse.

Your Responsibilities:
- Team & Procurement Management: Leadership, coordination, and further development of the operational procurement team, including material planning, order processing, and invoice verification.
- Interface Management: Key local point of contact for the global supply chain team, ensuring cross-location and cross-functional collaboration.
- Risk Management & Escalation: Management of operational supply and delivery risks, including escalation handling and structured problem-solving with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Material & Cost Control: Cross-departmental collaboration with production, logistics, quality, and finance to ensure availability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Market & Spend Analysis: Analysis of markets, benchmarks, and procurement volumes to identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce risks, and drive innovation.
- Supplier & Performance Management: Participation in supplier selection, development, and evaluation, as well as support in contract and SLA negotiations and KPI-based performance monitoring.
- Process Optimization & Change Management: Data-driven promotion of continuous improvement, process standardization, and sustainable implementation of change initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Procurement & Material Management: Solid knowledge of operational procurement or material management, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Leadership: Initial experience in leading and coordinating teams is desirable.
- Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical capabilities combined with structured problem-solving and decision-making skills in an operational environment.
- Language Skills: Very good command of English, both written and spoken, for an international working environment.
- Change Orientation: Active involvement in change initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
- Working Style & Collaboration: High level of persuasion and influencing skills, along with a cooperative, cross-functional, and cross-site way of working.
- Systems Expertise: Experience in using ERP systems to manage and control operational processes.
