Introduction

Then we are looking for you. We are looking for a new Area Sales Director, Nordics, Baltics, Central & Eastern Europe, reporting directly to the Area Director. You will be responsible for the area sales performance.
What will you do?
- You are responsible for designing and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the area;
- You will assess our area sales productivity and identify priorities and actions to achieve sales targets of the organization to help drive our performance driven culture;
- You will help local sales teams to attain sales effectiveness through a close collaboration with internal stakeholders (including Country Managers and Sales Managers), enforcing and strengthening the use of ongoing evaluations and an optimal use of our sales system Sales Force.
What do we expect from you?
- You have proven success driving strategic sales planning, growth initiatives within a fast-paced logistics industry
- You finished tertiary education in business management or relevant specializations
- You possess strong technical and specialized skills in the logistics industry, including
- You interact with different people easily, motivating and developing them to excel in their sales related activities;
