As part of its next growth phase, SRG is looking for a Business Development Manager – Global Growth & Partner Network to help expand its international presence and develop new business opportunities across global markets.
Based in Gladenbach, Germany
As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating SRG's international growth by developing new markets, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enhancing the performance of our global sales channels.
Working closely with SRG Management, the Rotarex Front Office network, Product Management, and key stakeholders across the Group, you will identify business opportunities, develop commercial strategies, and transform market potential into sustainable growth.
This is a highly entrepreneurial position for someone who enjoys building markets, creating opportunities, and delivering measurable business impact.
Develop and execute international business development strategies across existing and new product segments
Identify, qualify, and develop new partners, distributors, and commercial channels worldwide
Explore new business opportunities beyond the current product portfolio, including adjacent technologies and applications
Build structured go-to-market strategies for innovative product lines and connected solutions
Translate technical product capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions
Strengthen and actively manage the relationship with the Rotarex Front Office network
Support, challenge, and monitor commercial activities across international regions and market segments
Work closely with Key Account Managers to transform new opportunities into long-term customer partnerships
Promote accountability and commercial excellence across the international sales organization
Leverage HubSpot CRM to improve pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and sales performance
Monitor customer engagement, commercial activities, and business development KPIs
Prepare regular business development reports and strategic updates for SRG Management and Group stakeholders
Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, pricing structures, and regulatory developments
Identify strategic growth opportunities in LPG, cryogenic applications, digital monitoring solutions, connected equipment, and industrial components
Contribute to the development of innovative digital service offerings and customer-centric business models
Proven experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Market Development, or Partner Management
Strong understanding of industrial B2B markets, ideally within gas technologies, LPG, cryogenics, valves, industrial equipment, energy, or related sectors
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop international markets
Experience using CRM platforms; HubSpot is a strong advantage
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong analytical mindset with experience managing commercial pipelines and business performance
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business development orientation
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and influencing abilities across multicultural environments
Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with short decision-making processes
Willingness to travel internationally
