What you do:
Generate qualified pipeline across a portfolio of 100+ assigned accounts within Biospecimen Services’ biospecimen and translational biology services portfolio. Identify, qualify, and develop accounts to the point where they grow within MDR ownership or transition to a Strategic Account Representative for deeper penetration.
The European Headquarter is based in Hamburg Germany but the position could be also remote.
Responsibilities:
- Account development and prospecting: manage 100+ assigned accounts across biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and academic sectors; execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and campaigns; build quarterly account development plans by tier.
- Qualification and pipeline generation: qualify opportunities using BANT or equivalent; generate first meetings; maintain accurate pipeline in CRM.
- Deal progression: own early-stage deals (<00K); identify and hand off 00K+ opportunities to Strategic Account Reps with full documentation.
- Internal collaboration: partner with Director of Scientific Engagement on complex opportunities; collaborate with Strategic Account Reps on handoffs and joint visits.
- CRM hygiene and reporting: maintain real-time CRM records; provide weekly pipeline and KPI updates; represent Biospecimen Services professionally at conferences and client visits.

Required experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, biochemistry, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles in life sciences, CRO, biospecimen, diagnostics, or related industries.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales enablement tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage scientific and commercial buyers.
- Working knowledge of oncology research, biospecimens, or translational biology services strongly preferred.
