Take on a key leadership role in Contract & Claim Management, driving commercial success across complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle. As a Senior Manager, you will shape strategies, mitigate risks, and act as a trusted advisor to project leadership and stakeholders.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Overall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycle
Analysis, evaluation, and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as defense against unjustified claims
Identification and assessment of risks and opportunities in contracts, and development of appropriate mitigation measures
Leading and supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
Advising project management and relevant stakeholders on contractual and claim-related matters
Establishing and further developing processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim management

Show your expertise

Completed degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in contract and claim management, ideally in a project-driven environment
In-depth knowledge of contract law (e.g., BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structures
Strong negotiation skills and confident presence at management level
Analytical thinking skills along with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
