As Global Product Manager for Heavy Duty Connectors, you will be responsible for the strategic development of a key product segment within the HARTING Technology Group. You will analyze markets, define innovative product strategies, and manage international product marketing activities in close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Controlling, and Production. With your technical expertise, market knowledge, and strong communication skills, you will drive global growth opportunities and ensure the long-term positioning of our solutions in an increasingly competitive international market.

Define new commercially relevant products and select and specify standardized portfolio elements.

Conduct market and competitive analyses to derive strategic measures for gaining market share.

Take responsibility for technical product specifications and translate them into product requirements and functional specifications in close collaboration with R&D.

Manage international product marketing activities, including revenue and margin monitoring, in cooperation with Sales, Controlling, Production, and R&D.

Plan and implement market launch activities and support global sales organizations in market entry efforts.

Build and transfer application know-how, define transfer and sales prices, and deliver training to international target groups.

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification.

High level of self-motivation, strategic vision, and strong results orientation, combined with intercultural competence, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented, values-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

International experience in the field of electrical or electromechanical components.

Several years of professional experience in Product Management.
