As we keep growing internationally, we’re looking for a Recruiter to own our recruitment process end-to-end and become the trusted talent partner across the company.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting to offer, across all departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy and interview process.
- Source, screen and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities).
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Own and evolve our recruitment processes, tools and employer branding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support with onboarding logistics in close cooperation with our Head of HR.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source of hire) to continuously improve our process.
- Keep an eye on recruitment trends and best practices in the tech / open-source space and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Several years of hands-on experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in B2B software or tech.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical and non-technical roles in a fast-growing or international environment.
- Experience using an ATS and modern sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- A pragmatic, confident communicator who can build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
- Understanding of the software / SaaS / open-source business model, ideally experience in a scale-up or fast-growing software company.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
