In this position, you provide technical leadership to all team members and take on the disciplinary management of your direct reports.

You act as the primary interface with the global practice head, ensuring effective information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization across the team.

A key part of your role is to embed quality assurance measures into the internal IT platform so that rules can be permanently enforced and continuously monitored.

You plan and coordinate internal audits, management reviews and overlapping trainings, making sure that results and learnings are translated into concrete improvements.

When issues arise – for example complaints, investigations or findings from external audits – you support structured problem solving and contribute analyses and inputs to the ongoing development of strategy, processes and tools.

Sound knowledge of international QHSE audit standards and schemes as well as applicable regulatory requirements at international level

Solid understanding of accreditation and recognition procedures and requirements, including auditor competency requirements, plus practical experience in the QHSE auditing business

Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and experience in international business environments

Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are considered an advantage

Confident use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
