Supply Chain Operations Planner (m/f/d)
In this role, you will execute regional supply chain planning and logistics activities for external warehouse operations across Europe, ensuring reliable product availability and high service levels through the effective management of demand, inventory, and logistics execution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support seamless supply chain operations, optimize warehouse and distribution processes, and drive operational efficiency. In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the enhancement of overall supply chain performance in alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and cost targets.

Executes demand and supply planning activities for DC01 and external warehouses within the EUR network

Manages customer orders and ensures alignment between demand signals and supply capabilities

Monitors and optimizes inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize backorders

Supports logistics execution and ensures adherence to delivery schedules (RDD/OTIF focus)

Ensures reliable service delivery and on-time performance for internal and external customers

Acts as key contact for Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams

Monitors and follow up on distressed orders and logistics deviations

Contributes to reducing customer complaints and improving service quality

Collaborates closely with Regional Commercial teams, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics Operations and external warehouse providers

Maintains effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and issue resolution

Identifies and implements improvement opportunities in planning and logistics processes

Supports projects related to process optimization, system improvements, or warehouse integration

Contributes to standardization and best practice sharing across the EUR supply chain network

Supports tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (e.g. OTIF, on-time delivery, complaints)

Participates in KPI reviews and support action tracking

The following are required for the role

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles

Knowledge of SAP

User knowledge of MS365
-
Quality driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Solution-focused approach to challenges

Ability to work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in cross-functional and international environments

Fluent in English
Pfererrred:
-
Dutch or German language skills

Experience with working in a warehouse environment

Knowledge of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, inventory, replenishment)

Understanding of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)

Project experience in process improvement
Base Pay Range: €72.500 - €106.370
Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location. Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
