Are you passionate about quality and the associated processes, do you have a hands-on mentality and can solve problems independently? Then you are exactly the right maintenance employee (m/f/d) to support our team in Bavaria.
Your tasks:
- Carrying out professional maintenance, inspections and repairs according to specified tasks
- Detecting and rectifying faults in mechanical systems with and without PLC controls and conventional safety controls
- Monitoring the safety equipment and the VDE and UVV regulations as part of the maintenance work
- Initiating the ordering of necessary spare parts and aids after consultation
- Carrying out tests in accordance with VBG 4 on electrical systems and equipment
- Responsibility for professional maintenance, inspections and repairs of all systems and a large part of the building services
- Initiating measures for occupational health and safety and in accordance with legal requirements
- Assisting with the ordering and manufacture of equipment
- Assisting with the improvement of operating equipment and rationalization measures
- Collaborating with specialist companies and supervising them in solving work tasks
Required qualifications and knowledge:
- Successfully completed training as a mechatronics engineer or relevant professional experience in the aforementioned field
- Hands on mentality and problem solver
- Reliability and willingness to perform
- Willingness to take responsibility and independence
- Sound knowledge of electrical controls and technical understanding of pump systems
- Knowledge of PLC (electroplating systems and special machine controls desirable)
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics / pneumatics PC skills
- On-call duty
