Job Description:
In this position, you will be part of the Applications Engineering team, acting as a key interface between customers, product marketing, design, validation, and verification teams. You will contribute across the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept development to customer feedback.
You will work in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment, playing a key role in the development of innovative and market-leading SPE (Single Pair Ethernet) products.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evaluate new concepts for SPE products, including simulation, prototyping, and validation

Collaborate closely with design teams to transform concepts into robust and scalable solutions

Support validation and compliance processes to ensure products meet customer and industry requirements

Create, review, and maintain technical documentation and application notes
-
Provide technical support to customers and ensure alignment with design recommendations
-
Drive high product quality by contributing expertise in signal integrity and EMC throughout the design and validation phases

Perform analysis, testing, and debugging using internal and external lab equipment
-
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise

Requirements/Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (e.g. Mechatronics, Physics) with 8+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred

Experience with Ethernet / SPE technologies (100BASE-T1 / 1000BASE-T1)

Experience with Ethernet compliance and certification processes

Strong background in analog and digital circuit design

Experience in system- and circuit-level simulation and analysis

Hands-on experience with modern measurement equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum/signal/logic analyzer, VNA)

Experience in signal integrity and EMC testing and debugging

Strong technical documentation skills (reading and authoring)

Programming / scripting skills (Python, C, C++, C#, Java, uPython)

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

Fluent in English (business level)
