YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
We are looking for a Project and Change Manager (m/w/d), covering a parental leave period starting on September 1 for 12 months.
In this role, you successfully deliver key transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on LEAP, while establishing strong project governance standards. You foster effective cross-functional collaboration between Business and Tech and ensure early and continuous involvement of the Transformation function to maximize impact and alignment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects—from scoping to implementation and stabilization—with a clear focus on impact

You drive structured project planning, execution, and tracking, ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, and ownership across all stakeholders

You align Business, Tech, and HQ stakeholders, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to keep projects on track

You seamlessly integrate change management into project delivery, ensuring solutions are not only delivered but fully adopted

You translate change impacts into clear communication, training, and engagement plans across functions

You monitor adoption closely and take action where needed, driving course correction to ensure new ways of working are successfully embedded
YOUR PROFILE

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

You bring several years of experience in project and change management, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

You work in a structured and proactive way, with a strong ability to connect and integrate different topics

You communicate confidently and effectively in English (German is a plus), paired with a hands-on and proactive mindset

You think in solutions and adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements

You excel in stakeholder management and build strong, trusted relationships across the organization

You bring strong facilitation and moderation skills, enabling you to guide discussions and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
