Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new roleIn this role, you will support our Transfer & Conversion Management Team in driving and continuously improving a data-driven and digitalized reporting landscape—from analysis and tool development to the operational maintenance of the platform
- Being strong together: You will support Project Tracking and reporting of the Transfer & Conversion Management Team

Focus on the Future: You will develop new features of our digitalized reporting system in ORACLE/BI Portal

Data is everything: You will develop web-based tools and create interactive analytical dashboards in Tableau to transform data into meaningful business insights

Identify needs: You will work on the operational sustaining of digitalized reporting platform
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
In this role, you will bring a strong technical academic background combined with hands-on experience, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to support and further develop our digital solutions
- Study field: You are currently a master student in computer science or a technical field of study respectively proven technical experience

Experience: You ideally bring knowledge in SQL or PL\SQL, ORACLE, HTML and CSS, Web Development (low code), Tableau

Skills: You are proficient in MS Excel including Macros as well as MS Outlook

AI and technology: You keep up to date with emerging AI-driven tools and technologies and are interested in applying them to improve productivity and business processes. Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered tools is considered an advantage.

Way of working: You are characterized by your proactive attitude and bring good communication skills

Personality: You have a well-organized and structured working style

Availability: You can work between 16 and 20 hours a week

Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.

You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
