What to Expect
The Supply Chain Process & Systems team develops in-house systems to support reliable and efficient supply chain operations across Tesla. Our scope covers EMEA, and we work closely with our stakeholders in North America to implement global changes in Tesla’s supply chain systems. This position is based at Giga Berlin (GFBB) and will support EMEA operations while working on global supply chain initiatives.
As a Supply Chain Integrations Engineer, you will drive the design, rollout, and operational support of new API and EDI integrations connecting Tesla’s business partners — both material suppliers and carriers — to our supply chain systems. On the supplier side, you will lead direct supplier-to-Tesla integrations that eliminate intermediate handling, accelerate part availability, and improve the procure-to-pay experience. On the carrier side, you will drive new carrier booking, tracking, document and invoicing integration projects, partnering with the wider team to strengthen the reliability and visibility of Tesla’s inbound and distribution logistics.
You will collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Dev, Procurement, Finance, and Product teams across EMEA and North America, as well as directly with external supplier and carrier IT counterparts. This is a highly visible role that bridges Tesla’s business operations with its external partner ecosystem, with global impact. To succeed, you must be self-motivated, comfortable working at the intersection of business and technical teams, and able to think strategically while diving into the details of API specs, system architecture, and operational edge cases.

-
Provide updates on upcoming initiatives and business efficiency, and collect feedback from supply chain teams globally, to develop and drive the roadmap.
