With a strong existing customer base in the region and growing demand across Europe, we are building a local sales team in Munich to expand our presence in the DACH market.
The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers in the DACH region. You generate and qualify pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executive. You report to the Commercial Director and work closely with the AE to grow our footprint in German-speaking markets.
Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach target accounts across DACH through calls, email, and LinkedIn, using researched, personalized outreach to start conversations.
Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify inbound leads, assess fit and intent, and prioritize the strongest opportunities.
Meeting Generation: Book qualified meetings and product demos for the Account Executive, and ensure clean handoffs.
Account Research: Build target-account lists, map key contacts, and understand prospect needs before outreach.
Pipeline Hygiene: Keep activity, contacts, and opportunities accurate and up to date in HubSpot.
Targets: Meet or exceed activity and qualified-opportunity goals on a consistent basis.
Compliant Outreach: Handle prospect data in line with GDPR throughout the prospecting process.
Market Feedback: Share what you hear from the market — objections, needs, competitive signals — with the AE and Commercial Director.

Skills & Experience

1–2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or technology; strong entry-level candidates with the right drive will be considered.

Familiarity with outbound and CRM tools (HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.

Native or fluent German and professional English; additional European languages a plus.

Awareness of GDPR-compliant prospecting practices.
Location & Travel Based in Munich. Occasional travel within Europe for team events and trade shows, plus a short onboarding period (Houston or remote).
