Job Opportunity – SEA Performance Manager
Location: Germany (Remote / Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact SEA strategies focused on performance and business growth.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
- Optimize Google Merchant Center and improve Shopping campaign performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and first-party data strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution tools and data-driven insights.
- Create compelling ad copy, keyword strategies, and continuously optimize campaign results.
- Identify scaling opportunities and proactively improve account performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding performance marketing solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of agency experience managing Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of at least €50,000.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, Google Merchant Center, YouTube Ads, Conversion Tracking, Pixel Tracking, and Attribution Tools.
- Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with digital marketing trends.
- English: B2 or higher.
- German: C2 (mandatory).
