Position Summary: Pediatric Occupational Therapist:
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist who loves working with children (ages 2–15) with developmental, emotional, sensory, or motor challenges.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group OT sessions tailored to each child’s developmental profile

Conduct sensory and motor assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers to support carryover of therapy strategies at home.

Participate in regular team case discussions and supervision.

Document treatment sessions and progress reports according to clinic standards.
Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).

Eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Experience with pediatric clients (sensory integration, motor delays, autism spectrum, etc.).

Familiarity with developmental, relationship-based models (DIR/Floortime or similar) is a plus.

English fluency required.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
