Aufgaben
Key responsibilities
Support management accounting and investment management for our diverse portfolio of private kindergartens, schools and vocational training institutions
Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of individual subsidiaries
Support the preparation of the monthly reporting for the holding
Support budget planning and forecasting for our companies
Contribute to projects that improve our management accounting processes in the education area (including AI initiatives)
Take ownership of additional tasks and ad-hoc analyses as needed
Anforderungen
What you bring
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable program
Strong interest in finance, accounting and the educational sector
First practical experience in finance or controlling is a plus
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Jedox) is an advantage
Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
Structured, proactive, and independent working style
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
