For the opening of our new Copenhagen store, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Assistant Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) who wants to take responsibility, support the Store Manager and help build a strong team from day one.

Job requirements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Store Manager in the operational management of the store – from daily operations to team coordination.
Take responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Lead, motivate and support your team and help identify and develop talent.
Support with staff planning, scheduling and day-to-day organization.
Keep an eye on key operational figures and help improve the store’s performance.
Ensure our high standards for quality, hygiene and safety are consistently maintained.
Be a reliable point of contact for both the team and our guests and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Lead by example with a hands-on mentality and actively support the team during service.
Support the Store Manager in building a strong team and establishing Burgermeister’s culture in Copenhagen.

WHAT YOU BRING

First experience in a leadership or shift management position, ideally in gastronomy, hospitality or QSR.
Strong team spirit and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
A basic understanding of KPIs, planning and staff deployment.
High levels of initiative, reliability and responsibility.
Strong customer and service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English; Danish is a plus.
A hands-on approach – you are happy to jump in and support wherever needed.
