Key tasks for this role include operating press and blanking lines, train production associates to operate different equipments, troubleshoot quality issues, troubleshoot equipment failures, respond to out-ofcontrol process, work with a cross functional team on yield improvement projects. Manage workload with a positive attitude as a team player in a collaborative work environment.

As process technician in stamping, you will operate press and blanking lines, and you will support line operators and guide them. You support OPS related TPM activities
-
As process technician in stamping, you will support the process engineer (m/f/d) in developing optimal processes and workflows
-
As process technician in stamping, you will support the process engineer (m/f/d) in driving main activities to have quick and accurate impact on Yield rate, customer claims, cycle time and OEE.

Support new stamping products launching by knowing main critical or concerning issues related to tooling, machine, and operator side.

During product start-ups and product changes, you will assist in the development of standard work steps and workflows and be heavily involved in prototype setups

You support the training of new work processes and train employees (m/f/d) in them

You have experience in handling jigs and quality measuring tools and you support

Lean Production and 5S activities

You coordinate and participate in set-up and support the developing of process improvements

You are responsible for downtime analysis during your shift and for technical documentation and hand over; shift reports

You are responsible for tracking actions and report results
-
Document lesson learned and implementation for future projects

3+ years of experience with manufacturing processes like injection molding, CNC, die casting, stamping or assembly
-
Certificates on stamping or process technologies are desirable (training courses on tool&die, robot programming, stamping curves, etc.)

You already have experience in process optimization, for example lean production
-
You have experience in handling jigs and quality measuring tools
-
You bring a hands-on mentality, as well as the willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system

You are fluent in English or/and German
