- RSAD, Technical Purchase Specification TPS, Interface Control Document ICD).
- Define and implementing the functional, performance, transverse and train level requirements of the dedicated subsystem.
- Integrate the subsystem into the train (mechanically and electrically)
- Define the Interface (mechanical and electrical) for the dedicated subsystem.
- Verify of the subsystem (focus on train level) including design reviews.
- Change and configuration management process for the subsystem on train level.
- Control of changes after design changes including impact analysis.
- Plan and follow up of all activities linked to the subsystem.
- Support sourcing, suppliers, PUs, S&A Engineers, Interior engineers, RAMS engineers, and validation engineers.
- Provide inputs to engineering team, sourcing, suppliers or PUs.

- Bachelor of Science degree, MA or PhD graduate
- Typically, minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with a BSc degree, 2 years relevant work experience with Master’s degree or PhD degree.
- System Engineering Mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead a meeting internally and with suppliers, writing and synthesis ability, curiosity, and constructive spirit.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Very good technical understanding of complex systems interacting in a network.
