At the heart of product innovation and development, our Systems Engineering Department transforms market demands into safe, certifiable, and competitive solutions and architectures. By collaborating closely with software, hardware, safety, and certification teams, we ensure every product meets the highest standards while adapting to fast-evolving market needs. Our mission is to enable seamless human-robot collaboration and deliver solutions that are safe, compliant, and ready for the future. Join us to shape the next generation of human-robot systems by owning system-level requirements, integration, and alignment, with architectural responsibilities as needed. If you thrive in cross-functional teamwork and technical excellence, you’ll find extraordinary opportunities with us.
Build & Lead: Recruit and grow a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team spanning Embedded Security (secure boot, HSM/TPM, firmware signing), Cloud Security (Kubernetes, IAM, API gateways), and AppSec.- End-to-End Strategy: Define and own the security architecture across all product lines (industrial arms, cobots, humanoids) and supporting cloud platform, aligned with IEC 62443 product cybersecurity lifecycle.
- Bridge the Gap: Own security from hardware root-of-trust through encrypted robot-to-cloud communication, network segmentation, zero-trust policies, and secure SDLC integration (C/C++, RTOS, ROS 2).
- Regulatory Pioneer: Ensure compliance with EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS2 Directive, GDPR, and IEC 62443; manage vulnerability disclosure, patch lifecycle, SBOM generation, and penetration testing.
- Safety-Security Sync: Coordinate with Safety and Certification teams on interdependencies per IEC 63074; ensure cybersecurity measures strengthen—never compromise—functional safety.
Leadership: 8+ years in Cybersecurity Engineering with at least 3 years of team/group leadership experience spanning both Embedded/OT and IT/Cloud security domains.- The Hybrid Edge: You are a rare talent with hands-on expertise in both embedded security (secure boot, HSM/TPM, firmware update, EtherCAT/CAN/TSN protocols) and cloud security (Kubernetes, IaC, API security, secrets management).
- Framework Expert: Deep knowledge of IEC 62443 (parts 4-1, 4-2), ISO/SAE 21434, NIST CSF, and hands-on proficiency in SSDLC (STRIDE/LINDDUN threat modeling, OWASP, fuzz testing); Driving IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certification
- Startup Mindset: You balance "Defense-in-Depth" rigor with the speed and agility of a scaling robotics company; pragmatic approach to risk-informed decisions under time pressure.
- Certifications & Differentiators: CISSP, OSCP, or GICSP certifications highly valued;, plus experience in robotics, automotive, industrial automation, or IoT security are strong differentiators.
