Team Lead (m/f/d) - EMC Engineering
Your Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management of the EMC Analysis & Test engineers

Definition and Implementation of a Technology roadmap in line with the Division strategic goals

Professional and organizational development of the team in accordance with the company and division goals

Set-Up and maintenance of general tools, procedures and templates
-
Set-Up and maintenance of EMC test equipment
-
Transfer of EMC Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and team
-
Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions
-
Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality
Your Qualifications
-
Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field

Several years of professional experience in the space industry

Comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of EMC Engineering

Very good communications skills and intercultural competencies

Good analytical skills as well as a well-organized and structured style of working

Good decision-making and delegation capabilities

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results within cost

Objectivity, empathy and the ability to accept and reflect on criticism
