You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Development and implementation of a holistic data and AI strategy, ranging from Generative and Agentic AI to Predictive Analytics and intelligent automation solutions
Establishment of data-driven decision-making processes and creation of measurable business impacts
Development and management of a global strategy for process harmonization and optimization
Ensuring clear governance and support through active change management
Leadership of company-wide transformation programs – including ERP rollouts, M&A integrations, and IT modernization initiatives
Further development of the Digital Workplace in close coordination with the specialist departments
This is what you bring to us:
Completed master's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in leading large-scale digitalization initiatives, particularly in the areas of data management, artificial intelligence (agent-based and generative systems), and automation
Proven expertise in digital transformation, process optimization, and leading global SAP/ERP programs (end-to-end)
Deep understanding of cross-functional business processes – ideally from the automotive or manufacturing industry
Leadership personality with an inspiring style, who manages international teams with a clear focus on excellence and accountability
Strong communication skills and business acumen with the ability to connect stakeholders from business and technology domains
