Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Take full responsibility for the architecture of our next-generation MCU platform

Define the MCU product platform and feature set in alignment with market requirements and business goals

Collaborate with Technical Marketing and customers to define, refine, and validate use cases

Translate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications

Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on technical impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
-
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation across engineering

Support the product development process as a dedicated point of contact and technical partner
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in MCU, semiconductors, or embedded systems development
- Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering
- Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar
- Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration
- Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and systems-level thinking and project or technical leadership experience

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). German would be a plus
