As a member of our Competence Center Project Management you are responsible for the execution and delivery of projects, supporting our customers operationally in all aspects of professional project and program management. You will contribute with your experience to the further development of the Competence Center and bpExperts methodology and solution approach and corresponding application scenarios.
You are responsible for maintaining a forward-looking view of the project to understand any upcoming risks, issues, resourcing complications and stakeholder matters. Issue management and resolution along with stakeholder management are the key elements of your role. Your genuine interest in the customer’s business processes and project objectives enables you to understand and manage issues and bring them to the attention of the relevant individuals, ensuring that the appropriate discussions are happening in the proper forums.
Key tasks include coordination of resources, consolidating and monitoring budgets, preparing status reports, supporting project teams in terms of project documents, formalities and standards, and reviewing the quality of project documentation and its correct filing.
