For our client, an Italian company, a world leader in artisanal pastry and gelato. Recognized worldwide for the superior quality of their ingredients and semi-finished products, they successfully combine industrial innovation with traditional Italian flavor.
To further expand their sales network in the German market, they have hired us to recruit a Business Developer (m/f) for the Central and Western Germany region.
After an initial period of specialized training at the headquarters in Italy, she will become the main point of contact for customers throughout Central and Western Germany. She will take on a dynamic role that combines sales with practical demonstrations: she will visit ice cream parlors and pastry shops to present ingredients, teach balancing techniques, and support customers' business growth.

-
Sales Development: Manage the existing client portfolio and drive new business opportunities within Central-Western Germany.
-

-
Tailored Consulting: Provide technical and commercial guidance to help artisans optimize their production and display cases.
-
Team Collaboration: Work in close synergy with the Sales Director Germany to define regional commercial strategies.
- Background: Technical education or background in pastry, baking, gelato making, or food science/technology.
-

-
Personality: We are looking for a young, dynamic, and sociable individual with a strong desire to grow professionally. A friendly smile and empathy are our primary calling cards.
-
Stability: A German or Italian profile deeply rooted in Germany to ensure long-term employment continuity. A valid driving license is mandatory.
A permanent contract within an international, industry-leading group.
An attractive fixed monthly salary.
Company Benefits: Company car, full travel reimbursement, and a fully funded initial training program at our headquarters in Italy.
